From the minute you enter the practice you feel welcomed. Eileen, the receptionist greets you as a cherished friend. She remembers details from your last visit and conversation and asks specifics about your life. The atmosphere is professional yet warm. The office is clean, has plenty of reading materials and comfy chairs while you wait. Dr. McMaster welcomes you in a warm manner. He explains everything he is doing or about to do which puts you at ease. He is gentle and throughout. He explains everything clearly and never rushes. His shots don't hurt! The same is true for the great hygentist and Dr. McMasters assistant. The staff never changes which tells me they are happy, valued and taken care of. My family has been going to this practice for ten years. All of us have had wonderful experiences. I highly recommend Dr. McMasters practice. Once you are there you will never leave.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. McMasters for over seven years. Every experience has been thoroughly professional and gracefully administered. Dr. McMaster's staff is courteous, attentive, and very competent. My most recent visit was on an emergency basis as I broke a tooth that required a crown. The process from getting the emergency appointment, the temporary crown, and ultimately the permanent crown was exceptional. Dr. McMaster very efficiently went through the whole process with a terrific demeanor, assured my comfort, expertly managed the pain, and provided a top notch result. As this was my ninth crown (2nd with his practice), I have many points of comparison for how effective and talented Dr. McMaster's conducts his profession. I highly recommend his practice from routine dental hygiene to more serious procedures like I have experienced.
