I had my second visit at Westborough Family Dental today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been absolutely amazing. Keith, my hygienist, was wonderful! He was so friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. He did such a great job with my cleaning, and I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at all. You can really tell that he cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. The doctor was also amazing! She did my filling so quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated how gentle and reassuring she was throughout the appointment. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk staff. She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me figure out my insurance information. She took the time to help me and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. And I can’t forget the dental assistant! She was so helpful, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Honestly, everyone at Westborough Family Dental was so friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a dental office where you genuinely feel cared for. I’m so happy I found Westborough Family Dental and will definitely continue coming back. I highly recommend the entire team!
